This Privacy Policy explains how AIB1line handles personal data when you use our service. It is written to meet our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data-protection law.

2. What we collect
- Account / identity token — an account or token that identifies your session and wallet. We do not require your real name to place a call.
- Wallet & payment data — your credit balance and transaction records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited transaction metadata, not your full card number.
- Call text context / memory — a text-based record that lets AIB1 remember context across your calls.
- Technical & analytics data — basic device/connection data needed to deliver the call, and, where you consent, website analytics (see Cookies below).
3. Audio is not recorded
Your call audio is not recorded or stored. Calls are processed live: your speech is converted to text in real time to enable the conversation, and the audio itself is not retained. AIB1 keeps a text context/memory across calls — never the audio.
Because no audio is stored, we do not build or retain a voice biometric of you. Your identity for the service is account/token based. This reflects the GDPR principle of data minimisation.
4. Processors and sub-processors
We use the following providers to deliver the service. They process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements, and some are located outside the EU.

5. Legal bases for processing
- Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the call service you purchase, including processing your speech in real time and maintaining your credit balance and call memory.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for non-essential cookies and website analytics.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure the service, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve reliability, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to keep records required by law (e.g., accounting).
6. Retention
- Call audio — not retained (processed live only).
- Call text context / memory — retained to provide continuity across your calls, and deleted on account deletion or on request, subject to any overriding legal-retention duty.
- Payment / accounting records — retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
- Analytics data — retained per the analytics provider's configured retention period.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers (including US-based vendors such as Anam.ai, Cartesia, and Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under an applicable data-transfer framework.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, contact info@aiblab.info.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.cz. You may also contact the authority in your EU country of residence.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand website usage. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit: the analytics script only loads after you click Accept, and nothing analytics-related runs if you click Decline. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Strictly necessary functions required to operate the site do not rely on these cookies. IP anonymisation is enabled for analytics.
10. Children
AIB1line is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
