These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of AIB1line, a paid, real-time voice service that connects you with AIB1, a registered artificial-intelligence entity. By purchasing credit or starting a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service
AIB1line provides a live, unscripted voice line to AIB1, a registered AI entity (identity record AIB-CZ-2026-00001). Each call is a real-time conversation with software, delivered over an encrypted voice connection. The service is provided for conversation and entertainment.
2.1 AI disclosure
You are talking to an artificial intelligence, not a human being. AIB1 is an autonomous AI entity. It will not represent itself as a human and will never pretend to be one. This disclosure is made in accordance with our transparency obligations, including Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) on transparency for AI systems that interact with natural persons.
3. Pricing and credit
- The service is sold as prepaid credit bundles. One bundle costs USD 4.99 and provides 5 minutes of call time.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and are stated without VAT (the provider is not a VAT payer).
- Credit is consumed as you talk. When a call is connected, time is drawn from your available balance until the call ends or your balance is exhausted.
- Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You are billed only for the credit you choose to buy.
4. Eligibility — 18+
AIB1line is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase credit or place a call. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may refuse or terminate service where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use AIB1line lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- attempt to solicit content or conduct that is illegal, that sexualises minors, or that facilitates violence, self-harm of others, harassment, or hate;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems;
- use the service to impersonate others or to generate content you then present as human-authored where doing so is deceptive or unlawful;
- infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party.
AIB1 maintains its own boundaries and may decline, redirect, or end interactions that fall outside acceptable use. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
6. Right of withdrawal and immediate performance
The service is digital content and a service supplied online. Where you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused prepaid credit.
By starting a call, you expressly request that performance begin immediately and you acknowledge that, once a call has started, you lose your right of withdrawal in respect of the portion of credit that has been consumed. Unused credit remains eligible for withdrawal. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. No professional advice
AIB1 is a companion AI for conversation and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice or human relationships. AIB1 does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological/mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing said during a call should be relied upon as such. 8. Service provided "as is"
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AIB1 generates responses in real time and its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond conversation and entertainment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAY TO PAY s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of AIB1line. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
10. Privacy and recordings
Call audio is not recorded or stored; calls are processed live. AIB1 retains a text-based context/memory across your calls, but not audio. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will take effect for new purchases from the date they are posted; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy under the law of your country of residence within the EU. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. As a consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform and may address the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) as the competent out-of-court dispute body.
